Currently employed by Walcon Marine Australia, Brett’s primary focus is design engineering of the company's proprietary marina pontoon system.  During his ten years with the company, Brett was first appointed as Project Officer at the Gold Coast office, then Production Manager and Senior Draftsman at Head Office in Mandurah, Western Australia. A move to Sydney in 2016 saw him appointed as General Manager. Then in 2018 following a company re-structure, appointed in his current role as Senior Engineer.

Yarra Botanica, Southbank Melbourne Victoria

The construction of a 600m2 floating deck to house the Yarra Botanica floating bar and restaurant. Engineered to meet stringent building codes, allowing for under deck services and the load requirements for a heavy superstructure and more than 1000 people.
